Our clients who love freedom know it, so for our 50th Anniversary we are running a giveaway to win what you like the most: an all-expenses paid trip to a dream place, SUV and hotel included. Each rental agreement is worth one option for the giveaway, see the Terms and Conditions:


1.    Organizer: Budget Car Rental Peru, Chocavento S.A., Av. Francisco Bolognesi 808, Barranco - Lima.


2.    Validity: All rental agreements with Budget Car Rental Peru initiated from November 1st to November 31st, 2023.


3.    Prize: SUV + Hotel Package for up to 5 people at Refugio Viñak.

The Prize will be delivered personally to the winner at the main office of Budget Car Rental Peru. Once the Prize is delivered, Budget Car Rental Peru is not responsible for the management of the hotel reservation, the winner must coordinate with Budget and Refugio Viñak the reservations of the SUV and room respectively to guarantee availability.

The Prize cannot be exchanged for the monetary value of the Prize or for any other type of substitute. The images of the Prize in any communication of Budget Car Rental Perú related to the Giveaway will be of referential character.

3.1    Prize Details:

• 5 days of SUV rental for 5 people provided by Budget Peru.
• Lodging for 4 or 5 people in a family bungalow for 4 days / 3 nights at Refugio Viñak.
• Not valid for Easter, National Holidays, New Year.
• Valid until October 30th, 2024.

3.2    Accommodation: check-in at 2 pm and check-out at 12 noon.


3.3    Food and beverages included in Refugio Viñak:

• All breakfasts, except the first day (fresh fruits, natural juices, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs, village bread, etc.).
• All lunches, except the last day (starter, main course and dessert).
• All dinners, except the last day (starter, main course and dessert).
• Infusions, water and natural drinks typical of the area.

3.4    Activities included in Refugio Viñak:

• Horseback riding (only 1 day / 1 hour / person).
• Guided hikes (can last more than one hour and can be done more than one day).
• Guided bike rides with protective gear (can last more than one hour and can be done more than one day)
• Campfire (coordinate at the lodge's reception desk, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.)
• Use of the jacuzzi, by turns. Reserve at reception (only 1 day / 1 hour / person).
• Use of the other facilities of the refuge.

3.5    Refugio Viñak Exclusions: The Prize does not include:

• Packaged drinks, prepared drinks, sours or cocktails, energy drinks or soft drinks.
• Additional services and/or extra consumption (e.g.: dishes, appetizers, desserts and snacks a la carte).
• Downhill Adventure (advanced level downhill biking).
• Gratuities.
• Cork right (S/20.00 per bottle).
• Transfers / Mobility.

3.6    Budget Peru Exclusions: The Prize does not include:

• Traffic fines.
• Refueling during the trip.
• Tolls.
• Damages to the vehicle or to third party properties.

4.    Participants: Natural persons with valid Peruvian ID and residents in Peru who rent a vehicle with Budget Peru within the period of validity. The Participant must comply with the rest of the conditions of this giveaway and with the Terms and Conditions of Budget Car Rental Peru.

Chocavento S.A. employees, their direct relatives or any supplier of Chocavento S.A. are excluded from participating.


5.    Participation Method:

• Each Rental Agreement with Budget Car Rental Peru of the Participants that is initiated within the Validity Date is equivalent to an option to participate in the Budget Peru 50th Anniversary Giveaway.
• The Participant must provide his/her cell phone number, address of residence in Peru and e-mail address for the issuance of the sales receipt (Boleta de Venta).
• The winner of the Prize will be the Renter of the Rental Agreement with valid ID, payer of the Sales Receipt corresponding to such Rental Agreement and whose name is stated in the Sales Receipt; not the additional driver or any other companion.

6.    Date and Place of the Giveaway: The giveaway will be conducted through a digital mechanism that will randomly select the winning Rental Agreement, which in case it does not comply with all the requirements, will be discarded and the same procedure will be carried out again until the winner is found. The 50th Anniversary Budget Peru Giveaway will be held on December 07, 2023 at 12:00pm at Budget Car Rental Peru's main office.


7.    Communication of the results: After the 50th Anniversary Budget Peru Giveaway, the winner will be contacted by telephone and by the e-mail address provided for the issuance of the sales receipt (Boleta de Venta) corresponding to the Rental Agreement, so that within the following 5 working days he/she may come to collect the Prize, otherwise the Organizer may dispose of the Prizes. The winner of the Prize irrevocably authorizes Budget Car Rental Peru to publish his/her full name, ID number, photographic images or videos of the delivery of the Prize, for the publicity purposes that the Organizer considers necessary, without time limit and without requesting an economic retribution or of any other nature.
