Services - Free Pick-up Service

We pick you up if you book your rental for Cavenecia, Miraflores, Barranco & Surquillo locations
Your reservations for all our off-airport locations have a free pick-ip service if you are within the pick-up zone of each location. Just remember to tell our customer service representative that you are ready, to let him/her send your cab without trouble.

Terms and Conditions:

  • - You will need to have a valid reservation for any of our off-airport rental locations (Cavenecia, Miraflores, Barranco or Surquillo) and you must provide an exact address within the Pick-up area of the corresponding location.
  • - The pick-up service can be done from Mondays to Fridays from 9:00am to 5:30pm, and from 9:00am to 4:30pm on Saturdays.
  • - Are you ready for your pick-up? 95% of the time the driver arrives in less than 15 minutes.
  • - Please remember that your Cabify driver will only wait 5 minutes.
  • - The Cabify service is provided with a sedan with variable luggage capacity, and it cannot take more passengers than seats in the vehicle.
  • - The ride is directly to our chosen location, without stops or detours.
  • - Budget will only be responsible for the pick-service coordinated by our services.
  • - Only one vehicle per reservation can be assigned.
  • - To avoid any communication problem your mobile number will be shared with your assigned driver.
  • - The services will be provided with a Cabify Lite vehicle.
  • - Budget will not be responsible for pick-up delays by the Cabify driver.
  • - Budget reserves the right to suspend or halt this free pick-up service in the future, without prior notice.
